OpenZpace has the following Privacy Policy with respect to information gathered on web pages hosted by openZpace ("Service Pages"). Such information is received both by openZpace and the owner of the web site through which you may use openZpace's services (the "Site Owner"). You should contact the Site Owner to determine the privacy policy, if any, that applies to the Site Owner's collection and use of such information. However, in no event shall openZpace be liable for the Site Owner's use or disclosure of such information.

The Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information - When visiting openZpace or any Site Owner's Web site and signing up for or using openZpace’s services through any Service Page, you may elect to supply openZpace with information that identifies you personally. Aggregate Information - We collect non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and services. We do not share Aggregate Information with other parties.
 
Each Site Owner has access to information specific only to that Site Owner's site(s). Each Site Owner will determine what it will do with the collected information; however, each Site Owner has agreed individually to abide by the openZpace Terms of Service, the current version of which can always be read here.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as email, web site hosting, ecommerce directly with openZpace and indirectly with openZpace partners and contacting you as separately agreed in the Terms of Service. From time to time, we may also use your Personnally Identifiable Information to inform you of additions and enhancements to openZpace, third party products and services that are complementary to openZpace and conduct surveys with a view to improving our services. Content posted to public areas is publicly available, and openZpace reserves the right to remove any publicly posted content that it at its sole discretion deems to be objectionable.

Finally, we never use or share the Personally Identifiable Information provided to us in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above.

Our Commitment to Data Security

How You Can Access or Update Your Information

Site Owners can access their personally identifiable information that openZpace collects online and maintains by logging in to their site and accessing the 'Account Information' category in site 'Settings' section. Note that this page is always protected by SSL. Site Owners and users can access, change or delete any other items of personal data that they have recorded on the site by editing their user information via the 'User list' from the main site menu. Site Owners and users can also correct factual errors in their personally identifiable information by sending us a written request that credibly documents and explains the error. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information.

Email Privacy

Mobrio considers that email transmitted via openZpace service to be private correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we will not disclose the contents of your private communications, except for reasons described in our in our Terms of Service. Emails may also be processed in accordance with the operation of site services such as spam or virus controls that have been explicitly enabled by you.
